2Chillies Swimwear is committed to customer satisfaction. We happily offer exchanges and refunds within 60 days from the date ordered provided the items returned have not been worn or washed, with all of the garment tags and hygiene stickers intact. 2Chillies have the right to assess the age and condition of returned merchandise prior to offering a refund or exchange. Unless the merchandise is deemed a genuine manufacturers fault, exchanges and refunds will not be provided after the item has been used.

-To send back to us simply complete the RETURNS FORM (this is sent to you with your order and invoice) and include it when you send the garment back to us. If you have lost the RETURNS POLICY FORM please contact us at webstore@2chillies.com.au and we can fax or email you another copy.

-To ensure your garments arrive safely back to us, please send all items back to us as registered post with Australia post. We cannot issue refunds for lost and unconfirmed return deliveries.

-Once we have received the returned product it will be assessed and processed as quickly as possible. An email will be sent to keep you completely informed and confirm how it is being processed.

-We are happy to pay for postage when we send you out your exchanged order; however it is your responsibility to pay for postage when sending your return back to us.

-Please note that your return postage cost will not be refunded – with the exception of items returned and then assessed as faulty. If an order is deemed faulty, we will gladly reimburse the return postage up to a total of $10.00. To be reimbursed the receipt for the cost of postage MUST be included when you send the garment back.

-We are only able to process refunds by the method of original payment.

-A direct exchange can only be made if the new garment is to the exact value of your original purchase. If you have requested a replacement which is of a different value, mail the item back to us following the RETURNS PROCEDURE above, we will refund the cost of the garment and we ask you to please make another new purchase on the website for the replacement item.

-Please note that NO Returns or Exchanges can be made in person at any store or the warehouse.
