We aim to get your orders to you as quickly as possible. Orders placed before 2pm AEST will be dispatched with TOLL IPEC (Express courier) that same day andshould take between 1-3 business days to arrive. PLEASE NOTE: Delivery times are dependent on your location and remote locations can take up to 8 days. For further information please contact webstore@2chillies.com.au

TOLL IPEC couriers will visit your requested delivery address between 9am – 5pm business days and require a signature before leaving the parcel. We want to ensure you receive your 2Chillies garments safely and securely so all deliveries MUST be signed for. It is recommended you give an address where someone will be between 9am-5pm Monday –Friday.

If no one is at the delivery address when the courier arrives they will leave an 'Attempted Delivery Notification card'. On this card they will leave their number and a reference number for you to contact them and arrange another suitable time to deliver your garments to you.

Unfortunately we do not deliver to PO boxes. We recommend that you give an address where someone will be available between 9am -5pm Monday to Friday to sign for the parcel.
